SHIPPING INFORMATION
We take great care in crafting our unique accessories, and we want to ensure they reach you safely and promptly. Our shipping rates are as follows:

RETURNS:
Items purchased from 4oh4.studio can be returned in new, unused condition, in the original packaging within 14 days of receiving the shipment for a refund. Please note that limited edition items and items purchased on sale are not eligible for returns.
To return items, please send them back with a copy of the original invoice and a written explanation for the return. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
For security and peace of mind, we strongly suggest using insured traceable mail when returning items in a secure package. We are not responsible for any items lost in transit.
EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange an item from 4oh4.studio for a different one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Include a copy of your original receipt and a written explanation of the items you'd like to exchange with our customer service. Please ensure that the items you return are in a new, unused condition, and the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we'll ship your desired items to the original address at no additional cost. Please note that all exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. Check availability on this e-shop or by emailing oh@4oh4.studio.
